Starting his recruitment career in 2001 in the United States, Shane has worked for multiple specialist recruitment agencies before co-founding Stellar Recruitment in 2006, and later joining SilverSky Group in 2011. As the business has progressed to Elements and now rebranded to E73, Shane has again joined the business to help lead the recruitment team.
